My go to gym. I've gone here for years and had great results. You get to know familiar faces and build a community feel with some members and the staff are great people too.

This is a great gym. All the staff want to do is help you achieve your goals what ever that may be.
For the money it's good. Suitable for a wide range of training. Fairly decent equipment. Great value for money for a commercial gym.
Wide selection of free weights, treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, and various other equipment.Free classes every day of the week lead by friendly PTs.Plenty of storage lockers which are free to use.There is a drinking fountain.Clean lavatory and showers.Open 24/7 apart from a few holidays and maintenance periods. Excellent value for money as well.
