Moderate advisors at best. They're trying to sell products without full information to the customers and represent landlords which are inadequate at their jobs. Landlord which represented us left a faulty fire alarm for the house (and also for the previous tenants) and has left it 6 months into our lease before considering replacing it. The king's estate as a whole company pushes for sales for students, so please don't be swayed by their 'no fees' incentive. Absolutely do not recommend. Avoid if possible.
