My husband and I went in to buy a Vauxhall Mokka and saw Mark , very good experience from start to finish ,he kept us updated also not pushy unlike other Vauxhall dealerships we have bought from , it makes the whole process a lot easier, thank you Mark and just a mention to other members of staff who also made us very welcome and also offered refreshments to us
ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!We took our car in for new rear run flat tyres, the ones the garage fitted were faulty.One of which burst whilst we were driving, nearly causing an accident on the M25. They replaced the tyre (at our expense until they admitted it was faulty before reimbursing me).The tyre they replaced it with was also faulty, we took the car to a different garage where they were pretty horrified to see both remaining tyre walls were split.After many attempts to sort the situation out and obtain a refund the garage just totally ignored us and never even offered an apology.Totally disgusted with the way we were treated.
