Very very poor sale journey. On first sale person (Bhadur Singh) take 4hours to serve me. In this 4 hour I has seen only 3 car and he don't know about car features. Just one day before of handover appointment he call and said that my car don't have screen display and reverse camera. Plus he can't do anything about it. He gave me option to change car or cancel deal. This is not a solution. On next day he take another 4 hour to serve me. Still my issues is not sorted. He didn't help me from any where. Whenever I asked Questions he just goes to his manager to get answers. I'm 100% not recommending this dealership. I got far away better service in Vauxhall and Peagout dealership.

Very Poor Customer Service. Disgusted, car went in for a service came out unclean and with no phone calls. Left it at 8 am, and never had one call. Promised a call back today to resolve some outstanding issues and surprise no phonecall. Am taking this further and looking at the complaints proceds, appalled no where near my expectation of main dealer. STEER CLEAR of ANY used car from here in my opinion !!!Looking for a new car and can see nothings changed in over a year. People are having exaxtly the same experiences i had!
