Thank you Damira at Shirley. Went there in an emergency and had to wait but that was to be expected. As soon as I was seen they made me feel at ease and seemed cari g and professional. I am from Yorkshire and working down here so was a worried they wouldn't take me. They told me to register and after a nice chat about my treatment I left with appointments booked and reassured about my dental problem(it was major by the way). This was in November. Unfortunately and not their fault I got a abscess 2 days after Xmas day and was in total agony. Went and they not only saw me within 2hrs but eased my horrific pain and left with antibiotics. Forward to my appointment I was told in layman's terms exactly what was going to happen and was treated with dignity and care. Every time I have been there I have been treated with care and professionalism. Great dentist,friendly helpful staff and The one and only NHS. Thank you Xenia and her beautiful assistant.
I have booked 4 appointments to have a filling i was told i needed in back in Nov 2017. Each time i booked holiday from work they cancel on the day! Cant get through to them when you call either. Today was the last straw.
Been twice as couldn't get quick appointment at my own dentist. Both times excellent, receptionists great and dentists and nurses really nice and efficient, good experience both times. First time went at a weekend at 5pm, waited about hour and a half second time, week day morning at 9am, lots of people waiting with appointments but still only had to wait an hour. Would always go there in an emergency

I am so grateful for the fantastic service and treatment that you showed mThe lady on reception was SO lovely. She was so kind, professional and calming and the most wonderful ambassador to have on your front desk. Thank you for all that you did to help me.The dentist i saw - Demitiris (apologies if spelling wrong) was FANTASTIC. Please pass on my personal thanks to him. I had fallen the evening before and knocked my tooth back into my mouth and he manually pushed it back for me. I had total trust in him despite only just meeting him. Once again he was kind, reassuring, patient and i felt in totally safe hands. i could not recommend this dentist enough.
