Friendly, independent gym. Able to access gym, pool, spa, steam room, sauna and classes at very reasonable prices. Really nice community feel, welcoming to all ages!

Love this gym. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm surprised at the bad reviews as this gym IS super clean, the staff are really friendly and there are great facilities. Lovely clean swimming pool, sauna and steam room. For such a good price you won't find a gym that can beat them in Southampton.
