Very disappointing. Self funding and been very disappointed with the service. The GP was excellent but all downhill after that. Follow up treatment appointments never came through. Telephone calls to chase it up but nobody ever came back. Told by member of admin team that they don't know what their complaints procedure is or even who the manager of the hospital is! The service on the day of the actual appointment was great, staff were lovely. Just seems it is seriously being let down by organisation & staff training. Very sad.
Excellent treatment if you can afford it.I dont have a insurance policy but got a quote before my visit and found their cost to be reasonable.Of course you get what you pay for but if you want to skip long waiting lists its the way to go unfortunately.
I have recently started working here and have never come across the skills mix and talent that this hospital has to offer. I would trust any of the individuals to look after any of my family or friends. Standards are optimum and cleanliness is superb...I aspire to be like these people and with their help and support that they already offer you or your family will be Im amazing care. Top hospital, Top staff and would recommend for anyone looking into this hospital.Fabulous!!!!!
