Awful service, procedures and policies from the stone age not fit for the modern age, have done everything to delay a straight forward case. Bullying and abusive nature by allegedly educated professionals. Shockingly, nowhere to make a complaint on their website. Avoid of you have any sense.

AVIOD AVOID AVOID! We used Eric Robinson for conveyancing during our recent house sale/purchase.Our solicitor Emily Peterson gave a master class in how NOT to look after her clients' interests.Difficult to get hold of, uncommunicative, slow, bad/ no advice, not consulting for decisions / instruction, and a CATALOGUE OF ERRORS throughout the process.The errors culminated in her issuing to us several ERRONEOUS completion statements; the first of which (only three days before completion date) telling us that the funds she was holding from our sale was 16k short! And "please provide copies of your bank statements evidencing proof of funds".Can you imagine the stress!!!After another attempt on her part; we received a further incorrect statement, It took for US to tell HER what should be the short fall (actually in the region of only 2k).I cannot stress enough how disgusted we have been with the service from this solicitor.
