Terrible at getting back to you when you want to view a property. I had to call four times from a Thursday to a Tuesday because they didnt follow up despite saying they would that day. Spoken to disrespectfully on the phone when we did not show up for a viewing, despite the fact that I explained we found somewhere else and have busy lives (they never called us to confirm the viewing was going ahead). No apology from that either! Rude lettings team!

Great service from Alan from beginning to the end. We used the upfront fee service so expected to see a different level of service especially after sale was agreed but the level of service never dipped in what turned out to be a troublesome buy and sale. Only not 5 stars as the solicitors we were locked in to use through the upfront scheme were very poor (Linder Myers) though there may have been other option
Brilliant service from beginning to the end. We sold with them & find the house with them also. The man who came to see our flat is very professional, the other who showed us around the house we bought was informative & man who helped with the mortgage was really helpful too. Would highly recommend :)
