The new site in Wide Lane is a vast improvement on the previous premises for Inchcape. The vehicles are easy parking in good sized bays now. The customer area inside is comfortable and practical for working in. Staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Collection of own vehicle on a Saturday, following a service was a bit disappointing as no offer of a coffee during an hour wait was offered. Maybe the 1pm closing time given was a reason to get everything tidy ready for close ? However the overall impression of new Inchcape is good and would be practical for own future use.

Upon walking into the beautiful new premises at Jaguar Southampton, to driving away with my new F Type, I was treated with the utmost respect and very much enjoyed my customer experience. I was given the option of immediately test driving the F Type of interest and James.H kept me informed regularly of the process involved to get the car ready for collection over the two week period.
