I have used several local Post Offices - in fact probably all of them. This one has long opening hours, plenty of parking close by and on every visit I have made and every transaction I have seen, the service has been excellent. The staff are friendly and cheerful and have always been helpful. Yes, they do chat to regular customers as they work, but they don't waste time doing so, they are simply courteous. I can't speak for those who have given very low ratings except to say they contradict everything I have seen in my many visits there.
Donna is one of the best work ladys I have ever met she is so friendly kind and helpful she is incredible definitely the best member of staff
Customer service was nonexistent. They were more interested in talking between them about holidays rather than serving the clients. Absolutely shocking service. Will never use again based on that experience Oh and slow doesn't even start to describe their attitude to get the job done. I was next in the queue and still managed to waste 12 minutes in there.
Dreadful place. I stopped using this post office years ago despite living close by because the staff were rude miserable and ill informed.i phoned twice before visiting to make sure they could complete my transaction and I was assured they could.on arrival I explained what I had been told to another member of staff only to be told they were unable to do what they promised.the staff are still abrupt rude and don't even smile.the most ignorant place I've ever visited,go elsewhere
The ladies there are wonderful but the manager looks like he wants to be anywhere but there!
