What Great Service, glad the post office has new owners that care about their customers! Would recommend!!!!
Today was my 3rd visit to this postoffice this week (ebay stuff) and on all occasions i went to the back service counter and was served by two of the most delightful, friendly and welcoming people, even though a small que formed behind me on one occasion i didnt feel rushed. Give this post office a chance, if you just want in-out gone, go to the side counter but if you want to feel valued and smiled at, def go to the back. I know its a post office and we need them but i still like a good service and i felt i got that from this couple
Always a massive queue no matter what time you go. Everything about this place is tired.
I cant not believe how rude they are behind the counter, I stood waiting politely waiting to be called forward but the lady never did. Some one else entered and the lady asked them to the counter as she knew them by name. She replied she is just stood there referring to me. Im the most polite person you will come across and will always wait my turn and will never presume some one is ready to help and will always wait to be called. Im disgusted at how I was treated and I will never return to the post office, the lady with short hair needs to go on a customer service course due to her rude behaviour. I dread to think how she is treating the old sick people coming in who do not understand what is going on. I will stop my sick dying dad going in there from my experience. I now understand why the reviews are so bad
Wow the women behind counter is amazingly rude. Always miserable. With all the makeup she puts on she pretend shes 25yrs old. Well ur not u need to grow up 4 ur age .So many bad comments for her. No wonder
