I have no ID with my new name on it so i showed him my ebay order request with every single bit of information on the package and still refused to give it to me and they re delivered it a week after i had to have it by. Order request is an ID. Terrible Service.
I dread going here because of the lack of parking spaces. Beware parking in gym area or instant ticket. Otherwise, staff pleasant and efficient and you can enjoy your queuing.
I have had the Shirley office hand over a package of mine to someone else bearing a "similar name" which I find almost impossible to believe. You'd hope with the tracking numbers and requirements for ID checks, this would be almost impossible, but this apparently "has happened before" and on this occasion was due to "inexperienced staff" being at the service desk last week.I have handed over contact details to the sorting office and I've been told to expect to hear back soon. I'm not holding my breath if I'm honest, and do not expect to ever receive my package leaving me out of pocket by 80.I have lodged a formal complaint with Royal Mail.
