Terrible staff and owner. They're having a chat and I was waiting. Really rude and intimidating with grumpy face. I won't go there again. They don't know what service is.
My local post office, being based at the university. Staff are always friendly and helpful, always been able to sort things out quickly and never had a problem.

The old woman who works here makes up excuses why she can't provide proof of postage, and is very rude whenever I post a package (regularly). The man who works here is very argumentative and seems to take joy in mocking customers and telling them they are wrong. I genuinely don't think I've ever encountered customer service this bad anywhere else, and I'm amazed both these staff members are still employed
After giving this a single star, I have upped my rating. The post office has been redecorated, the staff look less hassled and the atmosphere is friendlier. Keep up the good work!
