Booked a car last minute on phone in Southampton with enterprise car rental Southampton airport. Arrived to collect car 10 minutes later and was told they didnt have a car. Explained this could not be possible as only after doing it. Was told the work colleague shouldnt have done it as they had no car. Got a taxi to the shop and had to get another taxi to our hotel. No explanation what happened and cost us 22 extra for taxi.
