The service here was excellent. We have had numerous rentals with different companies. This business tops our list.
Not very clear when booking online what deposits are required and the amount of money required upfront when collecting the vehicle. Management were VERY RUDE on returning the vehicle absolutely discussing the way he treated me. All other staff were extremely polite and friendly maybe the manager should take some training from them on customer service.
On vacation from the US, I rented a car here and didn't get any of the hassle I experienced from other rental companies. Staff were really pleasant and I got a free upgrade from a C to F class. Outstanding service was easily a match for the US Enterprise experience. They even gave me a ride to the local ferry terminal. Properly impressed!
Always good with Enterprise. Hired car for one way trip and paid extra to drop off here. Wanted to hire car back but one way cost was more from here than it was to. Managed to get better deal at The other enterprise in town.Still good value though

Thanks to great and friendly staff i had this lovely maintained car available for 24 hours. I will be using your company from now on everywhere i go.
