Worse experience so far in car rental. Car was dirty and personnel could not find a replacement car.
Atrocious service I am disgusted with the so called customer service. Not only this twice the cars provided were not fit for use!
Even with a lack of cars due to a transporter breakdown the desk staff showed resilience. They got me on the road with a taxi to make my meeting on time. Thanks, Mark
Rented a Citron Cactus... The car was wiped over not cleaned the windscreen was filthy and could not see when the sun shone. Not impressed!!!!!!
Fantastic service from all of the Europcar staff we dealt with, all were helpful and friendly. When we picked the car up a number of options to upgrade were given to us. All conditions were fully explained to us. Yes, we did upgrade, the little extra we paid was well worth it. Well done to all staff, great service Europcar. We have used your services in the past and will definitely return.
