Can not fault the service that I have continuously received from the guys at Enterprise in Bitterne. From constant communication about the car, to delivery and collection, and of course the spec and cleanliness of the cars itself. The team also always asking for feedback on how they can improve! This is quite rare in most industries as most people are not confident in their service so are fearful of the answers. Really is top notch service, the company and management should be proud of their team at this branch. Keep up the good work, I am a happy customer! :))

The 1 star reflects my commute this morning. Enterprise had a delivery from a car transporter at 7.30ish. Blocking one lane of traffic into Southampton. Turned my 15 minute commute into 35 minutes.
All we could have hoped for. We named our hire car 'Ripley' from Alien because she was tough & never let us down. The staff were fantastic too
My friend and I left the QM2 at Southampton Port and took a taxi to this Enterprise location. The manager, Olly, couldn't locate our reservation! Turns out the computer had changed our reservation to pick up at the newly opened location at the Port. Not being mind readers and not receiving any notification we came to this location after spending 28 pounds for a cab. We asked about dropping it off at the Port in two weeks as we were sailing back on the QM2. First Olly said that would be a one way reservation. After discussion he agreed to waive the different drop off location fee as the situation was not our fault. So he is to be commended for handling the situation in a professional manner and understanding customer service.
