Wonderful receptionist and top class doctor's who are so patient friendly. Who listen to patients concerns in details they give their time and attention to try to resolve medical concerns.Receptionist listen to patients who are wanting an appointment. Would not change doctor's surgery for anything else
Appointments always late, my doctor was actually googling answers to my simptoms. She also instead of providing me with information regarding my pregnancy and appetite, told me to google it as well
Doctors are pleasant and professional but making an appointment is difficult and reception staff are rude and inconsiderate in the extreme. We have had two examples recently of their determination to be obstructive and unhelpful, the last being yesterday when my young daughter was bursting for the toilet but they (plural) refused to let her in to use it, preferring to see her wet herself in the street.I simply refuse to deal with people who are supposed to work with the public but consistently show such a shameful lack of humanity and public spiritedness. We, the patients, are clearly an unwelcome nuisance to them. As a result, we are now moving to another surgery at the earliest possible opportunity.
Can never book an appointment! Even with a serious issue. But the doctors themselves are lovely if you finally get to see them. Needs to be more organised
