Only one doctor worth seeing and that surgery DR shetty he is amazing and is the only reason I stay at this surgery! Id give him five stars. But he is so busy its very difficult to get an appointment with him speaks for itself really doesnt it ! If it wasnt for this doctor Id say avoid at all costs Id give him five stars! as for Dr silson she is rude and treats you as if she has x ray vision I simply refuse to see her no bed side skills what so ever and zero empathy. Ive now been on hold for 55 minutes and the only reason I am staying on hold is because i need to see a doctor I am curious to see how long it takes people to answer a phone I will take a photo with the screen shot to prove it this is most days it seems. Looks like another trip to a walk in centre and funny enough Im still on hold I think after an hour its time to give up !
Worst surgery and doctors possible. They ignore your symptoms and they patronise you at every stage. Avoid at all costs. The only nice individual at this 'GP surgery' was the phlebotomist who took my blood. I saw two doctors, and both were exactly the same: uncaring, unhelpful and patronising.
This surgury is okay... just dont see DR SILSON if you want a health check or proper diagnosis... she will just shrug you off without even checking you over i.e temp, blood pressure etc
Great staff and fantastic medical team. Very supportive of their patients. Couldn't have any better service and support.
If you are a student avoid at all costs. They aren't interested in your health problems, just in having you as a customer. Besides, admin stuff is very unfriendly. If you request a document they will charge you 30 and it will take 6 weeks to be ready. Save yourself time and problems and sign up with another GP.
