Reviewing spa and restaurant. Lovely restaurant. Afternoon tea was lovely, service was good. Nice venue. Spa treatment was good. Spa area nice. Pool area lovely.
Friendly and comfortable hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with good amenities such as provided toiletries and soft towels. Main shower head pressure could have been better but a second shower head was perfectly good.TV had a small number of channels but did have a few sports channels if that's your thing. Painless check in and checkout.
One night stay for business. Comfy, quiet. Good breakfast. Some if the reviews I read were quite uncomplimentary, but I was impressed. A nice hotel.
This place from the out side looks Grand!!!!The reception, bar, restaurant, Treatment rooms and gym are all amazing. I had paid money for a Spa day. the treatment I had was amazing. But the changing rooms/ pool area/ Jacuzzi/ steam room really let the place down. They really need a good clean. Bits of grit in the Jacuzzi. Swimming pool has rust. The toilets had no up keep. There was no toilet paper. Such a shame. Als I cant find an email address to contact them.
I visited the Grand Harbour Hotel for a work conference so didn't stay overnight.The anti-rooms, lobby etc were all very clean and tidy and the reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The conference room was again clean and tidy. The four stars are for the food, delicious breakfast pastries tea and coffee on arrival. A very good hot and cold buffet for lunch some very tasty food and cakes for the afternoon break. Excellent food.
