They just sent me home with a drawing (2 times), even when I brought my scanners to show them my hernia (which they refused to see). Awful place.
The Dr I saw on two separate occasions was useless and cannot fathom how he's in the profession, couldn't diagnose the health issue I had although I know what it is after much research if you can afford it go private
Appauling GP Surgery if you can even call it that, not even assigned to a doctor, cannot get a phone call back let alone an appointment, the worst mistake I have made joining them.
I was told to 'put my arm down' whilst stretching my shoulder during the consultation. (which seemed quite off-putting as this shoulder was the reason for my visit to the physiotherapist)Also, the diagnosis was being 'hypersensitive' which there is no path to recover from according to the expertise of this facility.Many thanks
When finally admitting that I need to go to the doctors I contacted this surgery. I barely remembered the name of the surgery and certainly have no clue what 'my' doctors name is, as I have only been there once in 5 years and that was only to get travel immunization. The conversation went as follows. ME: "Hello, could I make an appointment please?"Receptionist: "We don't have any" (notice the lack of hello)ME: "urrrrm" (Not sure this is how this is supposed to work?) Anyway after much to and fro I was finally informed that I would need to wait 4 weeks.I understand for some people this is OK, but I am a normally healthy person who pays enough tax/NI to pay the receptionists wages, I have not bothered the NHS for many many years and all I want is an appointment. An appointment which I don't really want but have relented and come to terms with the fact I need it. Maybe we should all make appointments for 4 weeks time just in case we become ill.I was then informed of the triage system they employ. Call on the day between 8>11am, explain the problem and you may be lucky enough to win an appointment for the same day. I told her to forget it, I could have been a lot ruder as she had no interest of my name until I told her how ridiculous the system was and to forget it.All in all a very poor experience with a receptionist who perfectly fits the mould depicted by many comedians.I have no idea what their actual ability is as a surgery it may be fantastic. Just make sure you know 3.5 weeks before you are ill that you need an appointment.
