Extremely friendly staff. My daughter was very fond of the lady talking care of the guests.Wonderful stay. very friendly staff .complementry breakfast not many option though its for free so cant complain .rooms were very neat n clean .overall very nice.
Budget Bed and Breakfast. Friendly Manager. Very good continental breakfast. Park anywhere after 8pm.
Only stayed one to compete in Southampton Half Marathon but had a pleasant stay at a very reasonable price. Near to the rail station,Southampton Guildhall and Above Bar and Westquay shops. Adjacent to East Park. Only had a single room but was adequate for my stay with TV,free WiFi and wash basin. A chair in the room would have been useful. Would stay again.
Me and my girlfriend stayed here after getting a good deal and I didn't expect much to be fair, but we were really pleased with our room, we had a lot of privacy and were left alone and it was nice and warm and not too far from the shops and town. We wanted to book another night but they were fully booked. Staff were very friendly and we got a good night's sleep. Would definitely go again! Breakfast was Good too.
